Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a maintenance technician to perform building and grounds upkeep at our Garland facility. You will handle drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general equipment repairs while ensuring safety and quality in daily operations.

The role includes supervising on-site service providers and coordinating with teams to prioritize work orders. Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office is required, with an emphasis on reliable, proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in HVAC, Facility Maintenance or 3–5 years of related experience.
• Proficient computer skills (MS applications, CMMS).
• Ability to follow instructions and work with internal customers and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Building Maintenance 90% including drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment repairs.
• Grounds Maintenance 10% including seasonal startup/shutdown and snow removal.
• Supervise on-site service providers and prioritize work orders.
• Ensure safety standards and report unsafe conditions; contribute improvement ideas.
