Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician for a healthcare clinic in Burlington, MA. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems, and support general operations to keep spaces functioning smoothly.

You’ll use carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and locksmith tasks, follow safety regulations, and maintain records. The role requires 1–2 years of related experience and the ability to lift 50 lbs, with strong organizational skills and basic MS

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Combination of experience and education acceptable in lieu of a diploma.

Responsibilities

• Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, equipment and grounds.
• Uses carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall patch, doors & locks.
• Inspects new installations for compliance with building codes and safety laws.
• Maintains lighting systems and replaces bulbs and lamps.
• Performs carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
• Responds quickly to emergencies and assists with repairs.
• Reviews work orders, estimates time and materials, and orders supplies.
• Assists with installation/modification of building equipment systems.
• Maintains maintenance records and ensures safety compliance.
