Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of work experience.
• 2+ years education beyond high school (college or technical school) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance of facility infrastructure including buildings, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, elevators, drains, breakroom fixtures, and appliances.
• Maintain building systems and perform general mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs; oversee 3rd party vendors when repairs must be outsourced.
• Keep maintenance areas organized and CMMS-driven prioritization.
• Respond to campus service requests in CMMS.
• Document regular inspections of facility function and systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
