Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain assets in our automated warehouse. You will identify, troubleshoot and repair problems that occur in automation equipment to ensure smooth, safe and efficient production.

You will perform preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical repairs, install new equipment, manage parts inventory, and support production line changeovers while maintaining a clean, safe work area and compliance with all safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or Engineering preferred.
• 1-3 years of Industrial Maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of PLCs preferred.
• Strong mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Excel.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work nights, weekends or irregular hours as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs.
• Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Perform electrical, pneumatic and mechanical repairs on automation equipment.
• Generate and complete work orders as assigned.
• Overhaul and install new equipment.
• Rebuild and fabricate parts.
• Manage parts inventory to ensure adequate inventory.
• Perform equipment change-overs and production line set-ups.
• Maintain clean and safe work area at all times.
• Protect the integrity and quality of product at all times.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
