Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) in Monroe, NC is seeking a Reconditioning Technician I to prepare, repair, and outfit cold drink equipment for installation and operation. You will support the equipment services team to maintain top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities include equipment modification, inventory data updates, and rigorous quality checks to meet customer specifications, with a focus on safe, efficient work practices on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic technical, electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move 100 lbs or more.
• Willingness to work in varied positions (kneeling, bending, standing).
• Experience with SAP and Hipot knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for installation following set up procedures and customer requests.
• Modify vendor coolers to restore original condition or standard; replace damaged parts and decals as needed.
• Ensure high quality inspections and compliance with customer specs.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and follow safety regulations and laws.
• Document data changes in mobile devices and update SAP to ensure accurate inventory.
