Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance on facility infrastructure including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Repairs doors, hardware, painting, furniture, and fixtures; coordinates work by 3rd party vendors when outsourced.
• Maintains organization of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment; conducts inspections and space allocations.
• Responds to service requests via CMMS and prioritizes tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
