Job summary

The Coca-Cola North America facility in Atlanta seeks a qualified Facilities Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant buildings and utility equipment. You will work with HVAC, boilers, piping, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance, using SAP CMMS to manage work orders.

Required are a high school education and at least 3 years of related experience, plus the ability to pass a Coca-Cola aptitude assessment and background screening.

Qualifications

• High School, General Education.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience.
• Ability to challenge and pass Coca-Cola Technical Aptitude Assessment and background screening.
• U.S. work authorization with no sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide repairs to plant building components including doors, windows, rapid rollup doors, warehouse dock doors, drywall, flooring, utility piping, plumbing, and electrical.
• Perform mechanical tasks including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot and repair plant utility equipment such as HVAC systems, steam boilers, condensate pumps, air compressors, cooling towers, and industrial chillers.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and electrical schematics.
• Use SAP CMMS to generate work orders and document completed repairs.
• Diagnose problems, replace faulty parts, and adjust settings on HVAC systems and plant utility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems such as air filter replacement.
• Report building or utility system deficiencies to proper supervision.
• Use forklifts and scissors lifts to perform maintenance tasks and overhead repairs.
