Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Building Maintenance Technician to perform custodial tasks and repairs across corporate facilities, including preventive maintenance, lighting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general site upkeep.

Under general supervision, you will complete inspections, coordinate with third-party vendors when needed, maintain tool rooms and spaces, and support event preparations. A high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of work experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of work experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Preferred: 2 years of education beyond high school (college/technical school).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Repair and maintain fixtures, doors, hardware, and lighting.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for outsourced repairs.
• Maintain organization of maintenance areas and tool rooms.
