Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Westerly in Littleton, CO. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs and inspections to keep buildings safe, functional and in good condition.

This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt role based in Littleton with competitive pay and benefits. You will work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and collaborate with contractors as needed to keep properties in top condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge a plus).
• Experience in building maintenance or facilities environment.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints and work orders.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license if travel is required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures and appliances.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas; assist with janitorial duties when needed.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety codes and company policies.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist with renovations, installations or furniture assembly.
• Monitor inventory and request replacements; collaborate with contractors or vendors.
