EMBREY’s Sandstone Ridge property in Midland, TX seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to keep buildings safe and functional. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and supports HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, documenting activities, assisting with renovations, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with contractors for specialized repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training a plus.
• Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures and appliances.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas, including janitorial duties when needed.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety codes and company policies.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist with building renovations, installations or furniture assembly.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and request replacements when necessary.
• Collaborate with contractors or vendors when specialized repairs are needed.
