Job summary

EMBREY in Englewood, CO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to help maintain and improve our multifamily property operations and asset performance. You will lead maintenance activities, ensure safety and compliance, and drive improvements across the team to enhance occupant satisfaction and NOI.

The role reports to the Community Manager and involves hands-on supervision, vendor coordination, and ongoing education through EMBREY University. A competitive pay and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Property Maintenance.
• Experience utilizing Yardi, preferred.
• Three years’ experience as a Manager/Supervisor.
• HVAC certified.
• Pool certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance within the maintenance team.
• Improve workflows and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and implement cost-saving techniques.
• Lead the maintenance staff and manage retention.
• Review pending work orders and allocate tasks.
• Monitor budgets and control overages.
• Schedule regular maintenance, negotiate vendor contracts, and inspect properties weekly.
• Inspect HVAC units during turnover and address issues.
• Close out completed work orders and report progress.
