Job summary

EMBREY’s Westerly property in Littleton, CO seeks an Assistant Manager to support resident retention and enhance the resident experience. You will apply skillful conflict resolution strategies and assist in daily operations, reporting to the Community Manager.

Responsibilities include processing rent, auditing files, preparing month-end reports, inspecting units, and generating leases and renewals. A customer-service mindset and leasing experience are preferred, with healthcare and 401(k)

Qualifications

• One year of sales/service industry experience
• Previous leasing experience, preferred
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
