Job summary

Qualifications

• Grounds maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic painting, carpentry, and plumbing skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Grounds maintenance: mowing, edging, debris removal, shrub trimming.
• Painting surfaces and applying finishes as needed within lodging areas.
• Plumbing tasks: unclog sinks, toilets, and maintenance of fixtures.
• Maintenance/repairs: basic repairs and replacements in facilities.
• Carpentry: construct/alter wooden items and mounts where required.
