US-Air-Combat-Command at Tyndall AFB, FL is seeking a Regular Part Time Lodging Facility position supporting base housing operations. The role requires physical tasks, standing, and light to moderate manual work with occasional heavy lifting.

Qualified applicants will demonstrate experience with hand tools, basic maintenance, warehousing basics, and valid Florida driver's license plus government operator's license.

About the position:

This position will be assigned to the Lodging Facility located on Tyndall AFB, FL.

This will be a Regular Part Time position with 20 to 34 hours per week.

Work requires considerable standing, stooping and bending. Work is moderately heavy. Heavy lifting occasionally 50 pounds or more; pushing and moving furniture; works from ladders.

Qualifying Experience:

Applicant must have increasingly responsible experience in the following:

1. The use of hand tools and small machinery.
2. Minor facility repair and grounds maintenance.
3. Experience must show the applicant has general experience in warehousing techniques, experience in operating a motor vehicle and familiarity with plumbing repairs.
4. The ability to communicate in English, effectively both orally and in writing.
5. Must be able to life objects weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally more.
6. Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, climb and work in tiring and uncomfortable positions.
7. Employee is required to possess/maintain a valid Florida Driver's License and obtain/maintain a valid government operator's license.
