Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance in lodging facilities as scheduled or for guest requests.
• Repairs hinges, door knobs, locks and other minor maintenance items.
• Carpentry: cabinets, shelves, and other furniture components.
• Repairs and paints surfaces; prepares areas for painting and applies coatings.
• Plumbing tasks to repair or replace bathroom fixtures and related components.
• Repairs to appliances; inventory items in guest rooms and common areas.
• Drives/delivers furnishings as needed; performs routine vehicle maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
