Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician in Florida to perform routine buildings and grounds maintenance, including painting, drywall repair, and concrete work.

The role also involves diagnosing and repairing kitchen and HVAC equipment, and performing a variety of related tasks to keep facilities safe and functional. The candidate should have at least 2 years of maintenance or carpentry experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of facility maintenance or carpentry related experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Basic Computer Skills (Excel, Word).
• Ability to speak, read, write and communicate in English.
• Class D Driver’s License with insurable driving record; CDL preferred.
• Possess or obtain Special Engineer Boiler License.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces and staining.
• Repair walls and flooring; perform woodworking tasks.
• Form and pour concrete for small slabs and footings.
• Replace and fix plumbing fixtures; service kitchen and HVAC equipment.
• Record logs using Maintenance Management Software; conduct weekly inspections.
• Support recycling program and facility upkeep; assist landscaping as needed.
