Job summary

United States Space Force is seeking a Maintenance Worker for the Space Coast Inn at Patrick SFB, FL. This Non-appropriated Fund position is regular part-time, with a 20-hour work schedule and eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, upkeep, and construction of lodging buildings, grounds, and related equipment, fixtures and utilities.
Apply carpentry, painting, electricity and plumbing for minor maintenance and self-help construction.
Plan and lay out work from drawings and instructions, selecting materials/tools as needed.
Perform minor electrical work and basic plumbing tasks (replacing switches, outlets, fixtures, bulbs, and unclogging drains).
Maintain, repair, and service furniture and equipment; operate and maintain lawn equipment and vehicles as required.
