Job summary

Evergreen Life Services is seeking a part-time Maintenance role to perform general repair duties within our facilities in Louisiana. The position reports to the Chief of Staff and requires basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills, along with reliable transportation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least six months of relevant experience, with strong computer data-entry skills and the ability to work without close supervision. Reasonable accommodations may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of computers for general data entry.

Responsibilities

• Make general repairs to buildings, interiors, exteriors, furniture, fixtures, and systems.
• Perform monthly inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned company vehicles and equipment.
• Move furniture and other items as required.
• Complete necessary maintenance documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain outside lawn and landscape areas as needed.
• May require evening/weekend work based on operational needs.
