Job summary

Family Health Services Corporation is seeking a part-time facilities helper to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks across multiple clinics. The role includes repairs, painting, and basic trades under direction of the Operations Manager.

Flexible scheduling with potential seasonal hours and a quarterly bonus are offered. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of related experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance or related duties preferred.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and operate basic tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building repairs and maintenance across clinics and facilities.
• Replace HVAC filters and lighting fixtures.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces and repair drywall as needed.
• Assist with furniture assembly and office moves.
• Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, and facility repairs.
