Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform routine buildings and grounds tasks, including painting, drywall, lawn care, and equipment repairs. This role requires a valid driver license, the ability to drive shuttles, and the capacity to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

The position offers hands-on maintenance across guest facilities, with use of basic computer skills and maintenance software to log work and track preventative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid State driver's license with endorsements.
• At least 2 years of facility maintenance or carpentry experience.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Drive shuttles safely on scheduled routes.
• Assist passengers entering/exiting and with luggage.
• Maintain safety and security of passengers/goods during transport.
• Inspect vehicle equipment before each shift.
• Repair/build and maintain interior and exterior building structures.
• Perform woodworking and small concrete work.
• Operate maintenance software to log tasks and conduct weekly inspections.
• Assist with facility recycling and occasional landscaping tasks.
