Pilotcompany is seeking a reliable maintenance associate to support our travel center by keeping all areas clean and fully functional. You will manage showers, restrooms, towel handling, and light repairs to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Flexibility is required for nights, days, weekends, and holidays as part of a team-focused role in a fast-paced setting. Your contribution helps provide excellent guest experiences every day.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work in a team.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and standing most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store
• Clean showers and restroom facilities
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store
• Pick up and take out trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
