Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of jumper, drive, sweep and electrical systems.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service abilities and problem communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical and structural systems.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of designated buildings and equipment.
• Change lightbulbs, oil/grease gears and perform basic floor care.
• Respond to emergencies and secure premises; monitor security systems as needed.
• Assist with inventory and security of supplies; maintain safe facility environment.
