Job summary

Guest Services Inc. seeks a Maintenance Specialist to perform maintenance and repair on mechanical, structural, and electrical systems across assigned locations, ensuring safe, reliable operations and a neat, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

You will inspect equipment, respond to emergencies, coordinate with the Maintenance Manager, and help secure facilities, while upholding safety standards and representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record required.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment and systems.
• Inspect designated buildings and equipment; check and repair malfunctions.
• Respond to safety/security/business emergencies, including fire alarm systems; disengage utilities as needed.
• Lock and secure all buildings; monitor security systems.
• Assist with inventory and security of supplies for maintenance of units.
• Maintain safe facility environment and upkeep of equipment.
