Job summary

Pilotcompany is seeking a dedicated maintenance associate to keep our travel center clean and welcoming. You will perform housekeeping, restrooms, towel handling, and basic repairs to ensure guest facilities meet high standards.

This on-site role requires teamwork, physical stamina, and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays. We value proactive individuals who take pride in guest experience and facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• Self-starter capable of working in a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
