Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years facility maintenance or carpentry experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
• Ability to speak, read, write and communicate in English.
• Class D Driver's License preferred CDL.
• Strong customer service abilities; assists customers and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize and report problems to management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and repair of units operations.
• Paint interior and exterior of buildings.
• Repair walls and flooring.
• Major repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration equipment as needed.
• Respond to safety/security/business emergencies and shut down systems as required.
• Maintain safe environment and report safety or quality concerns.
• Carry out weekly preventative maintenance inspections.
• Assist with facility recycling program.
• Occasionally assist landscaping, custodial tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
