Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; bilingual helpful.
• Respond to customer requests with tact, diplomacy, and urgency.
• Offer Alliance Bank’s products and services.
• General maintenance in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, repairs.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and good driving record.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Personify Alliance Bank’s mission and provide courteous service.
• Actively supports cross-selling of bank services.
• Electrical work: change bulbs, fixtures, outlets, time clocks.
• HVAC: calibrate thermostats and change filters monthly.
• Building repairs: carpentry, locks/doors, minor painting.
• Security: service exit lights and coordinate with providers.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for site work.
• Assist senior management on cost evaluations and budgeting.
