Job summary

Circuit Board Medics is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician to maintain and repair our facilities and equipment on-site in Greenville, SC. The role involves working from preventative maintenance plans, managing a variety of building trades, and executing projects with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related trades, plus a valid driver's license and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with common hand tools and basic building trades.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Employment requires background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform wide variety of building maintenance, construction, and repair tasks including HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting.
• Learn and perform maintenance on specialized equipment requiring precision.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules and update CMMS.
• Document new procedures and schedules for new equipment.
• Take ownership of projects from start to finish with minimal direction.
• Other duties as needed.
