Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing client on an onsite Monday–Friday day shift. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair building systems to keep operations safe and reliable.

Responsibilities include inspecting installations for code compliance, supporting energy management, and assisting with equipment installation. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience are required, plus a valid driver’s

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 1–2 years related experience.
Valid driver’s license required.
Must meet physical requirements (lift 50 lbs., climb ladders/readily move).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to follow work routines and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Inspect routine installations, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
Support energy management and ensure efficient operation of building systems.
Inspect installations for code compliance and safety.
