CBRE Maintenance Technician role (Day Shift 8:00am - 4:30pm) focuses on maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs, inspect systems for safety, and assist with equipment installations under supervision.

• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
