Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium buildings and industrial systems on a weekday day shift. You will support preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair equipment while collaborating with Building Engineers.

Qualifications

• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience analyzing information and applying standard practices to make judgments.
• Advanced familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance, including servicing RTUs, changing filters, and completing preventive maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and complete minor repairs while supporting and working alongside Building Engineers.
• Apply basic knowledge of compressors and mechanical equipment to identify issues and support day-to-day building operations.
• Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work and follow standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
