Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. The role offers preventive maintenance, repairs, and energy-management responsibilities within a team oriented, safety-conscious environment.

You will work a standard weekday schedule with potential on-call rotations and contribute to project installations and system improvements as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma; 1–2 years related experience.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
Strong communication to exchange straightforward information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
Inspect, diagnose potential problems, and complete repairs.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems.
Deliver output under close supervision and guidance.
