Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to fix, maintain, and power the Workplace. You will handle repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and respond quickly when issues arise, ensuring facilities operate smoothly.

The role follows a 12-hour schedule: Wednesday - Friday, 6:15pm - 5:45am, with every other Saturday shift. Opportunities for growth are noted within the team and departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for building codes and safety regulations.
• Use established procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
