Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep facilities clean and safe, handle event setups, and support a vibrant community. Responsibilities include basic to complex repairs, lighting maintenance, door/lock upkeep, caulking, painting, and general upkeep across common areas.

Ideal candidates have maintenance experience, basic MS Office proficiency, strong communication, and a willingness to pass background checks, a physical, and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related maintenance field is desired.
• Entry-level computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Be self-motivated, observant, have high attention to detail, and can detect maintenance needs and rectify concerns.
• Must communicate with managers, residents, and peers verbally and in writing; follow instructions and schedules; be dependable and professional in appearance.
• Must pass a background check, a physical, and a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work from basic repairs to more complex tasks (lighting checks, bulb/ballast replacements).
• Maintain/repair doors and locks.
• Caulking, prep work, and painting.
