Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community facilities clean and safe. Responsibilities include basic to complex maintenance tasks, lighting work, door/lock care, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and gate/space upkeep.

Ideal candidates have prior maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions. A valid driver’s license, background check, physical, and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related maintenance field is desired.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
• General maintenance experience and entry-level computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work of varying levels from basic repairs to more complex tasks.
• Lighting checks and bulb/ballast replacements.
