Capital Consultants Management Corporation in Arlington, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community facilities clean and safe. You will perform maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, and general trades, handle event setups, and ensure operational readiness throughout the property.

The role emphasizes self-motivation, detail orientation, and effective communication with managers and residents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related maintenance field is required.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, residents and peers.
• Dependable, solution-oriented and professional in appearance.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance work from basic repairs to complex tasks.
• Lighting checks, cleaning lenses, replacements for bulbs/ballasts.
• Maintain and repair doors and locks; caulking, prep work, painting.
• Minor carpentry and plumbing maintenance; faucet/fixture work.
• Maintain gates, storage areas, and related access control.
• Clean areas around pool, dumpsters, and common spaces.
• Collect trash and dog waste receptacles for disposal.
• Other duties as assigned.
