Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained across the property. You will handle waste disposal, event setups, and a range of repair duties from lighting and doors to minor carpentry and painting.

A background check, physical, and drug screen may be required. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be dependable, and able to communicate effectively with managers and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and related fields
• Basic electrical and plumbing skills
• Strong communication, writing, and computer skills (MS Office/Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional in appearance

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and buildings, including waste disposal
• Perform event/room setups and breakdowns as needed
• Handle maintenance tasks from basic repairs to more complex duties
• Inspect and repair doors, locks, lighting, and fixtures
• Assist with caulking, painting, minor carpentry, and plumbing as required
• Respond to maintenance needs across the property and coordinate with managers and residents
• Adhere to safety policies and perform background checks, physicals, and drug screens as required
• Possess reliable transportation to site and accept on-call duties when requested
