Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will perform basic to complex repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and paint tasks, while supporting event setups and daily operational needs.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable communication with managers and residents, and the ability to follow schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance field experience with electrical, plumbing and general maintenance is desired.
• General maintenance experience and basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Must communicate effectively with managers, residents, and peers; dependable and professional.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of facilities and buildings, including garbage and waste disposal.
• Perform event/room setups and breakdowns as needed.
• Maintain and repair items from lighting checks, doors/locks, caulking, painting, carpentry and plumbing.
• Monitor shared spaces such as pool areas and common areas; assist with other duties as assigned.
