Job summary

Guardian Flight, LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Gallup, NM to perform general maintenance on housing, offices, equipment and grounds. Starting pay rate is $22.00/hour for a full-time opportunity, requiring 1–2 years of maintenance experience and a valid New Mexico driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years light maintenance experience.
• Valid New Mexico Driver’s License, clear MVR.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs to electrical systems inside and outside units.
• Repair structures including carpentry, decking, flooring, roofing and gutters.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces; prep drywall and siding.
• Replace windows, screens and doors and maintain approved procedures.
• Maintain work logs, complete forms and drive safely to sites.
• General grounds keeping and site cleaning.
