Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and general maintenance on buildings, systems and equipment including electrical, plumbing, grounds, carpentry, locksmith, custodial and HVAC.
• Operate a variety of tools and equipment and troubleshoot issues to determine root cause.
• Maintain landscaping, irrigation systems and snow removal as needed.
• Drive to facilities and vendors; report supply needs and equipment issues to supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and county policies; communicate with staff and public.
