Job summary

PMS is hiring for a Maintenance position to care for Head Start facilities and grounds in New Mexico. You will perform routine trades such as painting, plumbing, carpentry and landscaping while ensuring compliance with Head Start/Early Head Start, and NM licensing requirements.

The role requires basic maintenance skills, record-keeping, and ability to follow safety programs. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and the organization offers a range of employee benefits and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or three years related experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Navajo helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Head Start/Early Head Start facilities and grounds.
• Perform minor painting, plumbing, carpentry and landscaping tasks.
• Keep records and documentation of maintenance activities and safety compliance.
• Follow PMS and New Mexico licensing guidelines.
