• Must be able to operate hand and power tools and heavy equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance and repair duties with high independence and judgment.
• Repair and maintain NM Air National Guard Complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct carpentry including masonry, painting, fencing, concrete work, roofs, floors, stairs and doors.
