Job summary

Millennia Housing Management is seeking a Building Facilities Maintenance Technician for Key Tower in Cleveland, OH. You will oversee preventive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems, coordinate with property management and contractors to maintain building performance and tenant comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade school certificate or Associate’s Degree.
• Certifications or certificates of training in multiple areas preferred.
• Proficient with troubleshooting tools and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of hand tools and blueprints is a plus.
• Strong communication in writing and speaking.
• EPA CFC Universal Certification preferred.
• Computer skills to operate BAS.
• Security and safety procedures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate carpentry and painting requests ensuring high quality work.
• Adjust HVAC systems and controls for building standards and chiller plant operation.
• Plan ahead to counter extreme weather and special events.
• Repair plumbing and diagnose plumbing problems.
• Maintain logs, records, and PM documentation in CMMS.
• Complete work orders and PM inspections.
• Possess familiarity with pneumatic controls and VAV boxes.
• Provide detailed work descriptions for work orders.
