Job summary

CBRE Facilities Maintenance Technician role supports a manufacturing client on site, Monday–Friday day shift with an on-call rotation for coverage. You will perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and other building systems to keep critical operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include routine inspections, repairs, installation support, and ensuring energy efficiency while adhering to safety standards and building codes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or trade school; 1–2 years related experience or combination.
• Driver's license required.
• Meet physical demands incl. lifting 50 lbs+.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Good communication skills; proficient in Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Perform general building maintenance including plumbing, kitchen equipment, grounds upkeep, and routine facility tasks.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion using available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
