Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, facility, and equipment in safe, efficient condition.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing when performing routine tasks in resident areas.
• Replace light bulbs and clean windows; service heating/cooling units per manufacturer guidance.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical systems as directed.
• Report accidents, malfunctions, or maintenance needs to supervisor promptly.
