Responsabilités

• Performs routine walking inspections of floors to identify problems and report them to supervisors.
• Maintains work equipment in good working condition.
• Performs maintenance repairs in common areas such as drywall, carpentry, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other general repairs.
• Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work.
• Completes daily work orders as scheduled for timely maintenance.
• Properly utilize new equipment following safety procedures.
