Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a maintenance technician associate in Miramar Beach, FL. The role supports building operations by maintaining mechanical systems and ensuring common areas are kept aesthetically pleasing and disinfected.

Responsibilities include inspections, routine repairs across trades, and completing work orders. Full-time, non-exempt with benefits; schedule Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00am–2:30pm. AEDT protocols and accommodations info are provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Must have strong maintenance and repair skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine walking inspections of floors to identify problems and report them to supervisors.
• Maintains work equipment in good working condition.
• Performs maintenance repairs in common areas such as drywall, carpentry, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other general tasks.
• Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work.
• Completes daily work orders as scheduled and assists with casual labor as directed by supervisors.
• Utilizes new equipment safely and reads instructions prior to use.
