Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting and repairs of building systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair building finishes and perform painting where needed.
• Handle building janitorial responsibilities.
• Respond to emergencies and tenant service requests promptly.
• Inspect buildings and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
• Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems as assigned.
• Perform carpentry and snow removal when necessary.
