Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities and determine service needs and staff requirements.
• Prioritize work and assign maintenance tasks to personnel.
• May supervise vendors and staff for maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and oversee a preventive maintenance program.
• Coordinate vendors performing servicing and construction on site.
• Prepare budget estimates and manage inventory.
