Job summary

CBRE - Government & Defense seeks an Utilities Worker to perform a wide range of facility maintenance, repair, and light construction at assigned sites. Responsibilities include painting, carpentry, plumbing, and light maintenance, with occasional custodial work.

The role requires a high school diploma, practical maintenance skills, and ability to operate hand/power tools. Shift is Mon-Fri 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Equivalent combo of education/experience may be considered
• Experience in facility maintenance preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform general building repairs not requiring a trade license (painting, basic carpentry, light plumbing/ bathroom repairs)
• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance or replacement needs
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned spaces
• Restock supplies and manage janitorial closets
• Assist in conference setup and event support
• Respond to facility emergencies and coordinate with staff
