Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in facility maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building repairs such as painting, basic carpentry, light plumbing/bathroom repairs, door and hardware repair.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, and surfaces to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned spaces; vacuum and mop floors.
• Restock supplies and manage janitorial closets.
• Assist with moving of materials and provide escort for deposits when required.
• Set up conference rooms and assist with arranging food and beverages for meetings.
• Respond to facility emergencies and notify senior staff after hours.
